For custom orders expect at least 3-4 weeks. It all depends on the complexity of the model and what the order is. In general, a Euro mount will ship much faster than a custom antler ordered on our premier sculpters.

After making a custom order, we will email you information and a link to upload your files.

All you need to upload is a video! The email you receive will have a Youtube link that will show you how to record your trophy! Then all you need to do is upload your video that followed our instructions to the link we provide on the email!

Currently we do not offer international shipping, but we are looking into it and hope to offer it soon!

We only take returns of our stock model options. Custom orders of any kind can not be returned.

Yes! We can do other animals, but we only work with game animals, we Do Not do pets.
