How long will it take my order to ship?

Everything we offer is meticulously modeled and hand painted, and we will not rush to finish. We stand behind our quality and it will be worth the time it takes!

The smaller, In-stock models, will ship within 2-3 days typically. The Premier Sculptures will take up to 2-3 weeks. For custom orders expect at least 2-4 weeks. It all depends on the complexity of the model and what the order is. In general, a Euro mount will ship much faster than a custom antler ordered on our premier sculpters.

Can you add my antlers to your Premier Sculptures?

Absolutely! We can take your shed antlers and create a Euro, Shoulder Mount, or a full body Premier Sculpture!

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! We would love to hand sculpt a new species for you. See the customs/commission section to get started!

What do I need to upload for a custom order?

After making a custom order, we will email you information and a link to upload your files.

You can upload either a video or photos of your antlers, shoulder mounts, or euro mounts, and we will take it from there! However, as you can upload a video, we highly recommend that you upload photos as the quality allows better capture of the intricate details!

The email you receive after you order a custom will give you clear instructions for giving us the best chance at a perfect replica!

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently we do not offer international shipping, but we are looking into it and hope to offer it soon!

Do you take returns?

We only take returns if we have made a mistake in your model. We are confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase and the need to return should not be an issue. If something comes up, you can email us and we will try to make it right! Email support@biggamecollectibles.com

Is it possible to do other animals?

Yes! We can do other animals, but we only work with game animals, we Do Not do pets.

If you would like a custom replica of something you have in possession, you can make a custom order and we will contact you via email and get started!

Damage during shipping

If your order was damaged during shipping, please email us support@biggamecollectibles.com.

We will require photos and a description and we will try to get it worked out!

We do our best to package it in a way that shipping damage should not happen.
